The easiest way ito order is to make use of the onsite basket and buy buttons from Paypal. PLEASE NOTE; these will generate a goods total only, we will then invoice you for shipping. As a general Guide, a large kit in the UK ships for approximately £5, and overseas ships for around £8. These costs will vary depeding on order size and weight and may go up as well as down

You can also order via email. Please send your to info@insidethearmour.com stating the kit or kits you wish to order, and the number of kits you would like, together with your address. You will be contacted with a full price including shipping prior to payment

Payment

You can pay by Paypal, Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque. Please be advised that we will not ship until payment is received, and in the case of cheques, cleared by our bank. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an invoice by email.

Shipping Information

Orders inside the UK are shipped by first class 'sign for' post. If you require a faster service, or an insured service, please email us for a quotation on shipping costs.

Shipping outside the UK is sent by Royal Mail Airmail Sign For. A signature will be required upon delivery. Regrettably we are unable to send via regular airmail

Shipping Times

Subject to availability, orders received before midday (GMT) will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders received after midday (business days) will be processed and shipped by the following business day. Should your item be immediately unavailable, we will contact you with an estimate of the time for delivery.

Returns Policy

Should you be unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason please contact us immediately stating the nature of your issue. If possible we will resolve this with a replacement part or parts. For larger issues we operate a full refund, or replacement, on return of the kit.
